It hasn’t been so bad since I have my husband home and family visiting through January 4th, but as soon as they’re all gone there’s no way I can just sit inside all day. The fact that I got GIDDY to go to the pediatrician is sad. I even put on mascara lol.

I’ve taken her to the grocery store and CVS.. but I put the cover over the car seat. Ava’s pediatrician said to avoid large crowds for 8 weeks, but said don’t be a hermit! He even said to go out to dinner but just pick the restaurants wisely!

I think as long as you avoid high-traffic places you are fine :) I was nervous at first, but I started going nuts after like 10 days.

I hear some mixed things on when the baby can get out into the real world. I’ll take Allston around the block, but my pediatrician said to keep him out of the public world for 2 months due to flu season. I think I might go stir crazy on maternity leave!!
