		<description><![CDATA[Hi Danielle! The crockpot chili came out great! I have done Paleo before but not long-term. Congrats on getting to 4 months, that is awesome! Do you find that you crave dairy if you eliminate it from your diet? I do miss a little cheese &amp; milk, but I have found almond milk to work okay right now! I am interested to see if I feel any different after 2 weeks!
