Have you tried Coconut Milk based ice cream? Maybe that would help with your sweet cravings! I haven&#039;t tried it yet.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I am currently following the Paleo Diet and love it. I also wrote a similar post. I too miss some of the those foods and sometimes when I really want a yogurt or some peanut butter, I have it..in moderation. Glad to know I am not the only one. My only cravings that I have to fight more are sweets! I have been making paleo treats but I definitely indulge in frozen yogurt a couple times a month!]]></description>
