		<description><![CDATA[Hi Liv! I totally agree. I think your goal of getting 7-8 hours is great... I don&#039;t function if I don&#039;t get at least 7 hrs every night. I love the idea of making that a priority!
I encourage small goals too, if it&#039;s something you don&#039;t think you can keep up with for the entire year or 1/2 the year then it is TOO big!!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[One of my resolutions is to start getting 7-8 hours of sleep every night. It&#039;s hard to do sometimes, but I&#039;m going to make it a priority. 
I think New Years resolutions can be tough because as soon as Jan 1 hits, people set a bunch of big goals like cutting out sweets and going to the gym everyday when they used to not go very often, and for me at least, it&#039;s hard to tackle a bunch of big goals all at once! It&#039;s overwhelming and easy to just give up on.]]></description>
