		<description><![CDATA[That&#039;s kinda how I felt! I have the insanity 30Max program which I love but its super intense. The 21 day fix is lower impact and good for beginners/intermediate. You can always do heavier weights to make it more challenging and I love that they have modifier options. It&#039;s a great way to change up your routine, and I love that its different then my boot camp workouts and other strength training classes, its a little less harsh on my body!

		<description><![CDATA[Okay so I&#039;ve been getting bored with my workout routine and thinking about doing a Beachbody plan.  I&#039;ve done the old school P90x and Instanity but don&#039;t want to go that crazy.  Is 21 day fix more mellow?  I&#039;ve heard it&#039;s mostly for people that are just starting to get into shape.  Thoughts???]]></description>
