		<description><![CDATA[Good for you!!!  I can do pull-ups... but it took me a long time.  Right before my second competition, my trainer had me do 100 a day.  SO HARD.  I&#039;d do 10, walk away for 5 mins, and then do 10 more.  Every morning.  No way I could still do that - HA!]]></description>
