		<description><![CDATA[Kelly, I definitely prefer make and pack my food to bring me. Since I mostly hit the gym in the mornings and then I go to work straight from there, the backpack you always see me carrying with me, contains my breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch and mid afternoon snack. It&#039;s the best way not only to save money but also to eat healthier since I know what exactly I put in my food (anything I eat raw should be organic). For dinner I usually bake something that can last me for 2-3 days accompanied with something different each night :)]]></description>
