There are a lot of great ways to enjoy the fall and I have put together some of my favorite Health Ways to enjoy it!

5 Healthy Ways to Enjoy the Fall

1. Get Outside and go for a long walk or hike and enjoy the beautiful scenery and changing leaves.


2. Make a homemade chili and enjoy watching some Sunday football with your significant other or family!

3. Take a day trip to go apple picking. Last Fall Marc and I went when I was pregnant, and I can’t wait to bring Ava this year.

4. Make a new healthy Pumpkin recipe. There are tons of great ones out there.

  1. Love to do all those things! Well, maybe I don’t LOVE to watch football but I do enjoy begin home with my boys making chili with football on in the background. Something comforting about that :-)
