				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: center;">Well hello Wednesday, you snuck up rather fast this week and I&#8217;m loving it!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I have officially 1 week until my due date. To say my level of excitement and anxiousness is low would be an understatement. I&#8217;m currently impatient and trying to do whatever I can to keep my mind side-tracked and my body busy so that I don&#8217;t think about it. The waiting game is one of the hardest parts of pregnancy and I didn&#8217;t have much of it when I was pregnant with Ava because she arrived early.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">SOO rather then ramble on about that stuff lets talk about some food. I decided to share my food journal from Tuesday (yesterday).</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I woke up at 6am from my internal alarm clock. I came downstairs drank some water and poured myself a little iced coffee. While I started to make my eggs, I snacked on a couple bites of this chocolate chip muffin. I find that a little sugar in the morning helps settle my stomach . (or at least lets pretend that&#8217;s why I ate it)</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>BREAKFAST</strong>: I had 2 eggs, sauteed spinach and potatoes. Plus a piece of toast which is not pictured.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">After breakfast I did some computer/blog work while Marc was still home and then got myself ready for the <strong>YMCA</strong>.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I ate a <strong>banana</strong> on the way to the Y.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">We weren&#8217;t there too long but I did a quick 30 minute cardio workout on the elliptical and some stretching.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>SNACK</strong>: After we left the YMCA I ate a <strong>Cookie Dough</strong> <strong>Larabar.</strong></p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Ava and I then took a trip to the library. I promised her we could return some books and get new ones. We usually go there every 2 weeks and she loves it.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>LUNCH</strong> I decided to eat some leftovers from my mom&#8217;s cooking on the 4th. I had a <strong>BBQ pulled chicken sandwich with coleslaw and some potato salad</strong>. UMM yum. This meal totally hit the spot and I loved that I didn&#8217;t need to think about what to eat. It was right in front of me when I opened the fridge.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Ava was quite tired from all the weekend fun but she wouldn&#8217;t nap. It seemed like something was the matter because she had no appetite. Rather then force her to try to sleep I let her lay on the floor and watch some TV.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>SNACK:</strong> around 2pm I was hungry. I had a doctors appointment as well so I quickly snacked on a <strong>string cheese</strong> while I was in the waiting room.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Pretty soon it was time to make dinner. I wasn&#8217;t feeling anything as usual but we needed something so I opened up the freezer to see what we had.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>DINNER</strong>: I made a simple meal of <strong>fish filets, french fries and cucumber slices</strong>. This meal was simple but exactly what my body needed.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">I left for Boot Camp around 6pm. I left feeling great but a sweaty mess. I just love my class and the energy everyone brings. I participated in some of the workout, I figured it would only help speed up this labor process right?!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>POST WORKOUT SNACK:</strong> I refueled with a <strong>Quest bar</strong>.</p>

After my shower I snacked on some <strong>Cherries</strong> with Ava. I was also craving salt<strong> and Cheeze its </strong>looked amazing<strong>!</strong></p>

<p style="text-align: center;">that was pretty much my night besides chatting with Marc for a little bit before bed. It wasn&#8217;t a bad day of food but not my favorite for sure!</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: center;">I can&#8217;t believe there are 14 days left until we meet our little boy. Obviously he can come sooner or later but the fact that it&#8217;s not so far away is pretty exciting and the anticipation is really making the days go by slower.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I&#8217;m trying to keep busy and not think about it but my mind won&#8217;t stop thinking about how my labor will start and when it will happen. I guess being through it before makes me know a little about what to expect where as before I had NO clue.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Anyways, rather then ramble about my thoughts I&#8217;m going to share my food journal with you from Monday.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">My food choices have been all over the place and I find myself eating more carbs and snack stuff.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Monday morning I woke up around 6am, drank some water and a little iced coffee while I started making my breakfast. I had <strong>Eggs, spinach and toast</strong> and kept it simple before Group power class.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">I was super excited to teach class and even a little nervous as to how I would do but class went great. I felt good, I never struggled and I made it through without any issues.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">After class I ate a<strong> banana and a square bar</strong> (which Ava took a bite of) I had to open a second bar so she could eat one. She loves them!</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">We headed to target after our snack. I had a return to make and figured we could shop around for a bit. My dad decided to come with us since he was off from work that day. We ended up buying lots of snacks and food, go figure right? While we were shopping through the store I snacked on <strong>peanut butter crackers</strong> because I started to get a headache. I figured I needed something salty. I also chugged 32oz of water and that helped a ton.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">After we got home I immediately ate because I was worried my headache would come back, but luckily it didn&#8217;t. I had a<strong> salad with chicken and a small slice of cheese pizza</strong> that was leftover from the weekend.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Ava and I lounged around after lunch, I did some cleaning and organizing around the house and took advantage of the free time.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I ate a <strong>yogurt parfait and some pretze</strong>ls before we headed over to my parents for the late afternoon. We hung out on their deck and Ava played with bubbles for like 30 minutes. We bought a bubble gun and it was so much fun. I even enjoyed using it myself.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">As I was debating what to eat, I snacked on a leftover chicken wing. UM. so good.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I decided to eat this <strong>chicken francese, veggies &amp; potatoes</strong> meal. I only ate half of this, it was pretty good but the chicken wasn&#8217;t my favorite.</p>

After a late night walk with Cooper we came home and I whipped up a batch of <strong>applesauce brownies</strong> and had a small bowl. I wasn&#8217;t craving chocolate or anything but I just felt like dessert!</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: center;">I&#8217;m super excited it&#8217;s Wednesday and even more excited that I am officially 37 weeks &amp; full term. It feels amazing to say that and I have been waiting a while for this moment. I feel a huge weight lifted off my shoulders because this past week of not teaching classes was mentally challenging for me. I felt lost, I didn&#8217;t know how to pass time and I just wanted it to be today so that if I for some reason had the baby everything would be okay.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">I figured I would share my food journal with you from Monday which is usually an active day for me but this week it was rather slow since I wasn&#8217;t allowed to teach classes.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">My food choices were still similar but my quantity was a little lower due to my activity level being so low.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I started my morning off a little later then usual and got up at 630am. I immediately headed downstairs to make breakfast. This mama needs to eat ASAP so that nausea didn&#8217;t take over.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I had <strong>2 eggs scrambled with zucchini and potatoes.</strong></p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Ava and I headed to the YMCA so I could do some training. It was weird to head there on a Monday and not be teaching Group Power <img src="http://thefitskool.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" class="wp-smiley" /> I popped in the class to let them know I was still around but just taking the week off since my doctor didn&#8217;t want me to go into early labor because my body was already progressing.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">After training my clients we headed home for a snack.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Dinners have been hard for me to eat lately, I don&#8217;t know why but I guess pregnancy has it&#8217;s weird food issues and this is one of mine. I was so happy when I felt in the mood for steak so I quickly pan fried some <strong>sirloin steak tips with a baked sweet potato.</strong> It was so good except I couldn&#8217;t eat more than 1/2 of my sweet potato, I&#8217;m pretty sure I only wanted the steak!</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">I apologize for being MIA on here lately. To be honest I&#8217;ve been quite tired and any free moment I get, I&#8217;m totally kicking my feet up or closing my eyes. Ava&#8217;s sleep has been all over the place these past 2 weeks and it is catching up with both of us!  I have been sleeping on average about 6 hrs per night which is not enough. My body needs all the rest it can get now before this baby arrives so if she naps, I almost always try to close my eyes myself.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Anyways, I did keep track of my food from Monday. It started off as a pretty solid day of food but then when 5pm struck my love for food turned into hate. I literally opened the fridge 100 times between 5-10pm and nothing jumped out at me. I didn&#8217;t want to eat anything&#8230;</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Monday morning started off early with a 6am alarm clock. I was still tired but my day starts early so I needed to get ready.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I opted for a simple<strong> scrambled eggs with spinach and potatoes</strong>.  A little while later I made Marc and Ava breakfast and ate 1/2 a piece of toast because I was still a little hungry.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">I headed back to the YMCA to teach my second class around 10:15am. It&#8217;s funny to me that I always leave both classes starving!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Lunch was leftover Thai Food. I had <strong>Chicken with broccoli, carrots, eggplant, zucchini and baby corn with brown rice in a brown sauce</strong>. Simple but delicious!!! I actually wish there was more leftover.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Around 245 I dove into my afternoon snack. <strong>Yogurt with Berries &amp; Granola</strong>. I love this stuff and it never gets old.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">We headed to my parents around 3 to play outside, walk Cooper and hang out for a bit. Ava loves going to Grandma &amp; Grandpa&#8217;s house and I do too! She gets to play with different toys and their neighborhood is great for being outside.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">We left around 5pm and headed home for dinner. Ava and I were starving. When we got home I fixed her a play of food while I contemplated what to eat myself.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I ate a<strong> side salad</strong> with <strong>romaine, cucumbers, tomatoes &amp; peppers.</strong></p>

<p style="text-align: center;">I had anticipated to eat some leftover chicken cutlet but took one bite and almost threw up. I thought my taste buds were off. I made marc try it and he was skeptical. I wasn&#8217;t sure if it was the dipping sauce or what but I was immediately grossed out. From that point on my dinner became a disaster. I tried BBQ grilled chicken, same issue.. tasted funny.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">So I ended up eating <strong>2</strong> <strong>meatballs and tortilla chips</strong>. Somehow I managed to fill my belly a little.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Around 8pm my belly was hungry and I wasn&#8217;t surprised. The only thing that sound or looked appealing was a grilled cheese so I quickly made a grilled cheese on wheat bread. YUM!</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">I love when Marc cuts <strong>watermelon</strong> because it&#8217;s a snack that&#8217;s hydrating, tasty, healthy and I didn&#8217;t have to cut it <img src="http://thefitskool.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" class="wp-smiley" /> Ava and I stood in the kitchen as Marc was cutting the watermelon and pretty much ate as much as we could!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Around 10 pm I had a <strong>KIND bar</strong> and that wrapped up my night of random eats.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">I am so excited for the ultrasound I have this morning at 10am, but first I need to teach a class and train a client so I will try to be patient for that appointment. I believe this is the last ultrasound I will get until we get to meet our little guy&#8230;. <strong>WOW</strong>!!</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: center;">Monday was a busy, hectic, exciting, exhausting, all in all CRAZY day for this pregnant lady. I&#8217;m officially 33 weeks and pregnancy exhaustion is setting in&#8230;. or is it? I&#8217;m not sure if it&#8217;s 3rd trimester symptoms or exercise, or chasing my monkey toddler around all day but something got me on Monday and my 3pm my body was like whatttt is going on?!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I figured I would share <strong>my food journal with you from Monday</strong> because it was on the fly eating and I honestly had a hard time keeping up with my calorie burn. It&#8217;s usually so easy to over eat but on this day I couldn&#8217;t keep up.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">My day started out early. I woke up at 6am and I knew I had to be organized and ready to teach so I quickly got my bag packed and my breakfast made.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>2 eggs, sautéed spinach &amp; pan fried potatoes.</strong> (thank goodness for leftover potatoes) I also had a few sips of iced coffee.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">I was out the door at 7:05 am to teach Group Power. I had to end class a few minutes early to head to an ultrasound so I tried to cram as much of the workout as I could in 52 minutes. We did great and boy was I sweaty and tired!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I rushed to my Doctors appointment and scarfed down a <strong>banana and this SQUARE BAR</strong> in the car.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">I pretty much didn&#8217;t taste either one but I know they were good!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I was so happy to hear that the baby was GREAT <img src="http://thefitskool.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" class="wp-smiley" /> It was even better to see my little guy who was sucking his thumb and covering his face. I was sad we couldn&#8217;t get a decent picture but that&#8217;s not what we were there for. We wanted to know that he was making proper gains and continuing to grow strong which he was. (I&#8217;ll give you a better update tomorrow!)</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">After my appointment I came home to pick Ava up and head back to the YMCA for class #2.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I was tired after this class and all Ava wanted to do was run around and roll around the floor because I wanted to leave and she didn&#8217;t. I had to bribe her to get her close to the garage by saying we can go look at the pool through the window. Thank goodness for little tricks.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">We got home and I shoveled down this salad from <a href="http://www.firehsedeli.com"><strong>Firehouse deli!</strong></a>! UMMM amazing.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">I had the <strong>Bailiwick Salad</strong> had <strong>mixed greens, chicken, roasted red peppers, artichokes and balsamic dressing.</strong> My taste buds were happy and so was my belly. I also had a piece of avocado toast for some extra calories &amp; healthy fats.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">After lunch Ava turned into a monster. I mean this girl was climbing things she shouldn&#8217;t have been, throwing toys, spilling water, slamming doors, CLIMBING OUT OF HER CRIB basically not following any rules. I stayed calm and tried to distract her but she would pull away from me, moan, kick, yell, and tell me no. I was too tired to argue so I put her in the stroller and took Cooper for a walk.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">The last thing i wanted to do was move my legs, all i wanted to do was sit on the couch but I knew she would be strapped in and fine. She drank some milk and ate a couple oatmeal cookies and she seemed happy as could be. We strolled and I let Cooper smell every piece of grass out there, because I really didn&#8217;t feel like walking. Ava smiled and waved at the mailman and all was good.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">We got home and the chaos returned. I snacked on an <strong>orange</strong>.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Finally I decided to turn the TV on and we had some quiet time which turned into a nap. WOOHOO. I carried Ava upstairs and I finally got to pick my feet up for a second.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">I probably should&#8217;ve napped at this point but I wasn&#8217;t relaxed so I did some computer work.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Once Ava woke up we ran to the store to grab some groceries for dinner. When we got home I decided to eat leftovers..</p>

<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>BBQ Chicken, Sweet Potatoes &amp; Roasted Brussel Sprouts.</strong> Marc had ordered a meatball parm sandwich and I probably should&#8217;ve got myself one but to be honest I really wasn&#8217;t feeling food so I didn&#8217;t want to waste money.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">My appetite was pretty strong around 8:15pm and made myself a <strong>Yogurt bowl with raspberries and granola</strong>. It hit the spot.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Again I was hungry at 9:30&#8230; this is getting old guys, at this point I&#8217;m like just fill this belly up. I had 1/2 a piece of <strong>cheese</strong> <strong>pizza</strong>. Sorry I didn&#8217;t snap a pic but it was eaten cold right out of the fridge. My body needed more carbs!</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">It&#8217;s Wednesday and I always look forward to this day. It&#8217;s the middle of the week, the weekend is closer and I get to share some food with you.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Here is my food journal from Monday!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I am happy to say that Monday I woke up ready to tackle the day.  I was feeling more energized then I had been the past few Mondays! I had a large glass of water and some decaf Iced coffee to start my day.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Breakfast was whipped up quickly with a leftover <strong>baked potato</strong> that I sliced and pan fried, then <strong>scrambled some eggs &amp; Spinach</strong>. (this picture is recycled.. I eat this meal a lot)</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"> After Group Power I was a sweaty mess, hungry, &amp; fatigued. Maybe I pushed a little too hard???</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I quickly ate an under ripe banana, it wasn&#8217;t the best but I needed some food asap. I picked Ava up from the childcare and we went home for a quick snack.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">I made a piece of <strong>toast</strong> and topped it with <strong>egg whites &amp; some bacon</strong>. This was AMAZING and simple. Have I told you that I love bacon??????? I believe since I became pregnant we have had bacon just about every other week. I probably should just buy more then one package at a time because I feel like I&#8217;m always buying it! I also ate about 4 handfuls of Ava&#8217;s plain <strong>cheerios</strong>. I was feeling the carbs.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">We headed back to the YMCA for my second class. It was another sweaty one and I was surprised at how tired my body was after!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Again, I went home starving&#8230;. I quickly ate a piece of this <strong>chicken</strong>.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">This was the most random broken up lunch I have had in a long time. Food really isn&#8217;t appealing to me so I think that&#8217;s why I chose random items from the fridge/pantry and my hunger which forced me to eat easily accessible items!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">My body was pretty wiped like I said earlier and when Ava napped so did I. So much for waking up energized right?? I think 3rd trimester pregnancy fatigue has taken over.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I woke up starving and thirsty. I quickly made a <strong>yogurt bowl with berries &amp; granola</strong>.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">It was delicious and I ate it in practically 3 bites.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">We played outside for a bit while the sun was shining and then I decided to make some dinner.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">aI think a craving for red meat struck because I was feeling a Beef Chili and it totally hit the spot. This <strong>bowl had rice, beef, pinto beans, tomatoes, cheese &amp; avocado</strong>.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">I scooped it into some romaine lettuce wraps and also enjoyed a few too many <strong>tortilla chips. </strong>This dinner left me feeling full and satisfied.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Marc and I took Cooper to the Dog Park while Ava went to run errands with my mom. It was nice to give Cooper some one on one attention!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">The rest of the evening was spent cleaning up the house and organizing for the next day. I didn&#8217;t really have an appetite for a snack but I ate some <strong>strawberries</strong> out of the fridge</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">I think you will understand what I&#8217;m talking about through my food choices from Monday. They are RANDOM and weird to me but I thought I would share anyways.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">When my alarm went off I wanted to sleep longer. Usually I pop right up but Monday I was struggling. Probably because my crazy dog woke up at 240am to go out and pee but then refused to come inside and instead howled at a ball that was in the brooke behind our house. Needless to say I chased him around the yard for 5 minutes and basically did sprints until I managed to grab him and pull him in the house!!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I wasn&#8217;t happy that I was up for an hour in the middle of the night.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">After group power I was STARVINGGGG. Probably because I dripped sweat for the entire hour of class. I refueled with a <strong>banana</strong> and an <strong>Oatmega</strong> bar and a few strawberries.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">After doing computer work, blog stuff and paying bills I needed a snack around 3pm. To be honest I wasn&#8217;t in the mood for anything. Nothing looked appealing in the fridge so I chose a<strong> yogurt parfait</strong>. It&#8217;s always satisfying and filling.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Ava and I took Cooper for a long 25 minute walk, it was beautiful out and he needs the exercise daily. When I got home I didn&#8217;t really want to make dinner but Marc asked for meatballs.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">So I made some <strong>turkey meatballs with pasta and sauce</strong>. Plus some <strong>brussel sprouts</strong> on the side. It was actually really good!</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">At around 7:00pm my body had enough and I sat down on the couch. I literally didn&#8217;t want to get up but I did so that I could put Ava to bed and clean up the messy house.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I was craving chocolate but didn&#8217;t want to give in to any unhealthy treats so I whipped up some <strong>oatmeal</strong> and threw a 1/2 scoop of shakeology and some peanut butter in it.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">I was expecting it to be amazing but I think I put too much shakeology and not enough oats and peanut butter. I will definitely be making it again and tweaking my recipe.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Mondays are always busy for me. I rarely have time to sit down until Ava naps around 1:30 and by then, this mama can&#8217;t wait to put her feet up for a bit.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">My morning started off with my usual <strong>2 eggs, spinach with olive oil &amp; potatoes.</strong></p>

<p style="text-align: center;">I taught Group Power at 730am and for some reason my body was spent at the end. I didn&#8217;t go heavier in weights but I was sweaty and my muscles were wiped.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I refueled with a <strong>banana &amp; avocado toast with scrambled eggs &amp; a bite of a leftover quest bar</strong> (sad there wasn&#8217;t more)</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Ava and I headed back to the YMCA around 10:15 for me second class. This girl was full of energy and basically ran in the building. She&#8217;s getting harder to keep up with these days.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">After my class we headed home and decided to eat some lunch on our front porch.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">It was beautiful out. I had 2 lovely lunch guests and we thoroughly enjoyed eating outside and getting some fresh air.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I ate a <strong>BBQ Chicken salad</strong> with <em>romaine, cucumbers, tomatoes, broccoli slaw &amp; honey mustard dressing</em>.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">This salad is amazing and I&#8217;m slightly obsessed with this honey mustard dressing by bolthouse farms. I have had this salad 3 times in the last week!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Salads are working so well for me right now and if I&#8217;m craving any healthy food I&#8217;m going with it.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">I have a little story about that orange&#8230;.. I pulled an orange out of the fridge and I swear I put it on the table. I&#8217;m pretty sure Ava hid it on me and I couldn&#8217;t find it anywhere. Luckily we had more in the fridge and I ended up finding it 6 hours later behind our radiator in the kitchen!!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">My afternoon snack came on the earlier side. Probably because salads are temporarily filling if you ask me and there weren&#8217;t any carbs.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I decided to have a bowl of <strong>oatmeal</strong> which I haven&#8217;t had in a while. I had it with a scoop of <strong>peanut butter and strawberries</strong> on top.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Once Ava was up from her nap we headed outside to play and to walk Cooper. The weather was AMAZING and couldn&#8217;t have been more perfect.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Dinner was a simple fast meal. <strong>Pesto baked salmon, baked sweet potatoes, &amp; asparagus. </strong>I ate a ton of asparagus before I took this picture!! oops.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Around 7pm I crashed. My body said no more playing, walking, exercising, and I sat myself on the couch. I&#8217;m thankful that Marc can take over when I&#8217;m really tired. My body can only go so far these days and I&#8217;m OK with that.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I watched a little bit of random TV and snacked on a <strong>greek yogurt with berries and granola plus some cheerios</strong>.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">People make the comment a lot about eating for 2 when you are pregnant and that&#8217;s not really the case. You only need about an extra 300 calories a day but let me tell you some days I do feel like I am eating for 2 and my appetite has been increasing.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">On Monday I woke up at 5:45am for 2 reasons. 1. My body knew I had to get going and ready to teach our new Group Power workout and 2. I had to pee.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I woke up a little tired but chugged some water and sipped on a little bit of coffee as I whipped together breakfast.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>2 eggs, sautéed spinach with olive oil &amp; potatoes</strong>. This is my regular simple healthy &amp; filling breakfast.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I headed to the YMCA around 7am to teach GROUP POWER. It was an awesome workout and I&#8217;m sure every inch of my body will feel it tomorrow.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">We headed back to the Y for my second class. I got a good sweat and I left the class STARVING. I said it to Ava on the car ride home and she said Mommy are you starving and I said yesssssss. She&#8217;s too funny.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I quickly came home to heat up some leftovers.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">My metabolism must&#8217;ve been kicked in high gear because my hunger came a lot quicker then it normally does. Around 2:15 I needed a snack.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I opted for a<strong> peanut butter sandwich</strong>. I needed something that would fill me up for a while.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">In the late afternoon we went for a long walk with Cooper. As much as my body didn&#8217;t want to move, I knew he needed the exercise so we made it happen. I literally was spent after the walk but it was time to cook dinner.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I decided to make a simple lean beef taco salad. We topped our <strong>salad with tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, salsa, ground beef &amp; guacamole</strong>. It was so delicious. I also had tortilla chips with this and a second serving <img src="http://thefitskool.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" class="wp-smiley" /></p>
