				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: center;">If you don&#8217;t know me by now, my happy place is the beach. There&#8217;s something about the beach that&#8217;s calming, relaxing, and fun all at the same time. We had our fare share of fun and sun this weekend and I was tired by the end of sunday night but I can&#8217;t say I didn&#8217;t love every second of it.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">This weekend was hands down <strong>the best weekend of summer</strong>. We had no special plans and nothing fancy going on, but it was just stress free and enjoyable.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Our mornings started off with early walks with Cooper, iced coffees and then trips to the beach as a family.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">The weather was perfect and I couldn&#8217;t have asked for anything more. We spent time with family and friends and also had time to relax at home.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">The beach was nearly empty on both days that we went.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Ava is so happy when she is at the beach&#8230; I guess that makes two of us <img src="http://thefitskool.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" class="wp-smiley" /></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Besides walking I did some workouts at home. Instead of my usual 21 day fix workout, I decided to mix it up and do the <strong>Cardio (T-25)</strong> My body was telling me &#8220;no weights&#8221; and I was craving some cardio. I&#8217;m glad I listened to my body, because this workout was exactly what I was looking for&#8230; some sweat, some heart pumping, and low impact movement. I didn&#8217;t want to lift a dumbbell at all and I&#8217;m glad I didn&#8217;t because I felt great at the end.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I wish I took more pictures of the food we ate because it was quite delicious but sometimes you have to live in the moment&#8230; and sometimes your camera is full and can&#8217;t take any more pictures so that&#8217;s pretty much what happened.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I ate super clean all weekend and enjoyed some wine with family &amp; friends!</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: center;">After a long weekend and a few indulgences, I felt the need to share with you guys some of my <strong>treats</strong><b>! </b></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I don&#8217;t like to have a &#8220;<strong>CHEAT DAY</strong>.&#8221; I just don&#8217;t believe in it. I like to treat myself when my body is telling me its okay. This isn&#8217;t every day or every weekend but I don&#8217;t deprive myself of things I want, I just limit it. I would probably feel so gross if I gave myself 1 day to eat as much junk as I wanted. I would hate the way I felt after and probably have a stomach ache and never want to do it again.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">This past weekend I had a few more treats then usual but I worked my butt of in the gym last week and to be honest I&#8217;m not trying to lose weight so I wanted to make sure I took in extra calories. While I could&#8217;ve chose a few healthier snacks I let my cravings take over a bit and I enjoyed every second <img src="http://thefitskool.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" class="wp-smiley" /></p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Saturday morning part of my pre-boot camp meal was 1/2 of a Chocolate Chip Muffin and 1/2 of a Strawberry frosted donut from<b> </b><strong>Dunkin Donuts.</strong><b> </b>Marc and I did a little split and Ava also had a few bites. (her first time having a bite of a donut)</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Talk about <strong>PURE SUGAR! </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I also ate 2 eggs, spinach and 1 piece of whole grain toast. I woke up with a crazy appetite and I went with my sugar craving. It&#8217;s a good thing your body processes carbs better first thing in the morning because I loaded up!</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">My other indulgence this weekend was wine! (this was an old pic, my other one came out terrible)</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Besides those few treats, I ate tons of grilled veggies, fresh fruit, lean meats and healthy carbs like sweet potatoes, corn on the cob, &amp; potato salad.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">So although I had my &#8220;<strong>TREATS</strong>&#8221; I didn&#8217;t eat anything else that I would consider unhealthy and I never thought twice about the muffin or the donut or the wine. I didn&#8217;t go over board and because of that, I never felt bloated, uncomfortable or the least bit upset with my choices.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><em>The point of this post is to let you know that no one eats a perfect diet.</em> I like my approach and it allows me to eat healthy 90% of the time and my 10% gives me a little leeway to eat whatever I want. Although I post tons of healthy stuff on this blog I&#8217;m still normal and I still like to enjoy food &amp; life <strong>but in moderation! </strong></p>
