				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I decided to do a post that shares with you <strong>my sample meal plan</strong>.  You will get to see what I ate yesterday, what I am eating today (Tuesday) and tomorrow (Wednesday) of this week. I planned out each meal which allows me to eat healthy every day. I left out Thursday &amp; Friday because mid-week I usually make a second trip to the grocery store. I find sometimes when I plan for the week I end up letting veggies and meats go bad and I <strong>HATE</strong> wasting food.</p>
<p>Sure there might be some changes I make&#8230; like a different veggie but if I have a guideline to follow, I usually stick with it.</p>
<p>You can see my meals from yesterday and the next two days. I have <strong>3 meals + 2-3 snacks</strong> (usually 3) because I&#8217;m fairly active and teach so many classes.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: center;">Now that it&#8217;s Wednesday I am really appreciating being back to a schedule. I feel back on track with <strong>EVERYTHING</strong>. My food choices have been consistently healthy and I am making a conscious effort to plan ahead so I don&#8217;t get in any food jams.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I am linking up with <a href="http://www.peasandcrayons.com"><strong>Jenn</strong></a> to share <strong>WIAW</strong> <strong>(What I ate Wednesday.. aka Yesterday)</strong> Here is my food journal!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I woke up and literally wanted to roll over and not get up. Usually I pop right up but for some reason it was so dark and my bed felt like it needed me to stay a little longer. Well that didn&#8217;t happen, I looked at my phone quick and then realized I better get up before the Princess needs my attention.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I whipped up 2<strong> eggs, 1 egg whites, mushrooms, spinach, in coconut oil and had 1 piece gluten free toast</strong> with it. I also ate a few pieces of <strong>pineapple</strong>. YUM. I could eat this meal every day.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Around 10 am I was ready for a snack! I had a piece of my<strong> Frittata, a banana, and a big old scoop of peanut butter</strong>. I didn&#8217;t eat them all in 1 sitting it was kind of spaced out.</p>

It was leftover <strong>Roasted Chicken with potatoes, onions, celery, parsnips, and carrots</strong> that we cooked on Sunday. I wish this bowl was bigger. Although it may not look appetizing, it was <strong>DELICIOUS</strong>. I also had a <strong>granny smith apple.</strong></p>

<p style="text-align: center;">My afternoon snack was a little late.. and I didn&#8217;t have much time to think about a snack so I made a <strong>Casein protein shake</strong> with <strong>almond milk</strong> (I didn&#8217;t use a full scoop of protein).</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have to admit, I have been quite lazy with my food the past couple of days.  Yesterday was an off day for me. I don&#8217;t have too many days where my mood is off, but it was, and I didn&#8217;t feel like focusing on food at all.But no worries, I managed to keep track of it all for you guys! You kept me motivated. Please excuse my boring food choices, but I blame lack of food prep Sunday for my simple meals/snacks.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">My <strong>breakfast</strong> staple is a couple of over <strong>easy eggs</strong> with <strong>sauteed</strong> <strong>spinach</strong> and some <strong>potato hashbrowns</strong>! Runny eggs have so much flavor! I had a Dunkin coffee too <img src="http://thefitskool.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" class="wp-smiley" /></p>

I have been loving salmon lately.. we finally mastered how to cook it!! I took a picture of all the food on one plate but it came out terrible.</p>
