				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: center;">I feel like since it&#8217;s Wednesday I need to let you know if my week is going fast or not. I guess it&#8217;s the point during the week when we say this week is dragging, but this time it&#8217;s flying.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">It&#8217;s time for me to link up with <a href="http://www.peasandcrayons.com">Jenn</a> and share my food journal and <strong>WIAW (What I Ate Wednesday). </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I wasn&#8217;t really feeling eggs yesterday morning, but Ava was sleeping so I couldn&#8217;t use the blender to make a shake. I took some leftover <strong>broccoli and mushrooms and placed 2 over easy eggs</strong> on top, with a <strong>whole grain english muffin</strong> on the side. I&#8217;m glad I didn&#8217;t have that shake, it was tasty!<a href="http://thefitskool.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/IMG_2292.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-5307" src="http://thefitskool.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/IMG_2292-300x225.jpg" alt="IMG_2292" width="300" height="225" /></a></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Mid morning after my clients, I had a big piece of <strong>Egg Frittata with kale mushrooms &amp; tomato</strong>. I also enjoyed banana with some peanut butter.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Lunch was a <strong>BIG salad</strong>. My salad had rommaine, cucumbers, tomatoes, red peppers, avocado, chicken &amp; lemon juice with some red wine vinegar. It was delicious.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">I also had a small piece of <strong>gluten free cheese pizza</strong>.. it wasn&#8217;t that great though. It was a little too dry for me, maybe I should&#8217;ve warmed it up.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">I was craving chocolate milk in the afternoon. I guess if I have a craving and its somewhat healthy that&#8217;s a good thing. I decided to buy some <a href="http://silk.com/products/chocolate-soymilk"><strong>Silk Chocolate milk</strong>.</a> I didn&#8217;t read the label and this milk definitely has more sugar then I expected but it was chocolatey and delicious so who cares! I also had a bowl of <strong>Fennel &amp; Apple salad</strong> that Marc made. I am so mad there wasn&#8217;t more of it.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Dinner was a <strong>Zucchini topped with a Chicken Bolognese. </strong>I try and keep my pre workout meals simple. Veggies deserved to be smothered in meat sauce.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;"><em>Post Boot Camp</em> I opted for a <strong>Protein Shake with almond milk</strong><strong>.</strong> Marc also cooked up some <strong>plantains</strong> <strong>that he </strong><strong>lightly fried in coconut oil</strong>! This has become a tradition on Tuesday nights and I don&#8217;t mind it at all&#8230;. especially when I don&#8217;t have to cook them <img src="http://thefitskool.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" class="wp-smiley" /></p>

We have some <strong>family</strong> coming down from Rhode Island on Saturday, Sunday we are launching <strong>Group Power</strong> so I will be attending the class in the morning, and in the afternoon we have a <strong>softball</strong> <strong>party</strong> to go to for Marc&#8217;s team.</p>
<p>Anyways, lets talk about some of the things <strong>I am loving this week</strong>:</p>
<p><strong>The <a title="The Dolphin Hop Exercise" href="http://thefitskool.com/?p=3844">Dolphin Hop </a>exercise </strong>(in case you missed yesterdays post)<strong>&#8230; </strong>we practiced it again last night in Boot camp class. I know you all loved it!</p>

<p>I typically only drink water and a little coffee in the morning, however these <strong>POLAND</strong> <strong>SPRING SPARKLERS </strong>are pretty good. Sometimes you need a little flavor in your life.</p>

<p>I had a couple chocolate cravings this week, and this Dark Chocolate Nut &amp; Sea Salt <strong>KIND</strong> <strong>Bar</strong> did the trick. The sprinkle of sea salt on the top adds a whole other element!</p>
<p><a href="http://thefitskool.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/DSC01079.jpg"><img class="size-medium wp-image-3859 aligncenter" src="http://thefitskool.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/DSC01079-300x225.jpg" alt="DSC01079" width="300" height="225" /></a> I constantly have my clients ask me for Snack ideas. Yes, these are <strong>CHICKPEAS</strong> but they are coated with cinnamon and a tiny bit of sugar, so you get a delicious combo of sweet, salty &amp; crunchy all in one&#8230;. you should try them! They also come in other flavors.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>VITAMIN WATER</strong>.. I don&#8217;t drink these all the time but I do like them before and after workouts on occasion. Sometimes they are a little sweet so I will mix 1/2 of it with water to dilute it. This one is high in B-vitamins and I really like the fruit punch flavor.</p>

<p>I am so happy the weekend is finally here. It has been a fast but long week.. I don&#8217;t think that makes sense but the week somehow flew by, even though we have had some long nights with Ava! She has been sick with a cough that has been keeping us awake at night. We have been running low in the sleep department and I am looking forward to a weekend of rest!</p>
<p><em>Here are a few things I have been loving this week!</em></p>
<p><strong>Apple with peanut butter</strong>.. it is refreshing and filling at the same time. I have eaten this almost every day this week as a snack. I have even used almond butter to change it up.</p>

<p><strong>Protein/meal replacement shake </strong>yesterday pre &amp; post workout I tried this <strong>bode shake. </strong>It was thick and filling, I had the vanilla flavor.. and I&#8217;m thinking the chocolate flavor will be better because I prefer chocolate any day over vanilla!</p>

<p><strong>Coconut water</strong>&#8230; did you know coconut water is high in potassium? This container has 510 mg of potassium! It is great post workout and also for extra electrolytes throughout the day.</p>
