<p style="text-align: center;">I woke up around 530am. Crazy Cooper started howling because he heard a noise and that was it&#8230; Ava woke up and then our morning begun.<br />
Lets just say the first thing I did before my usual water chug was get a cup of coffee. I finally got moving and whipped up this breakfast:</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">After training at the YMCA, I needed a mid morning snack to keep my day fueled and ate this:</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: center;">Are you all ready for Thanksgiving tomorrow? I can&#8217;t wait!! I&#8217;m excited to see family and also devour some delicious turkey dinner.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I figured I would link up with the <strong>What I ate Wednesday</strong> <a href="http://www.peasandcrayons.com">group</a> to share my food journal from Monday since I pretty much ate everything in sight that day!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Monday morning I woke up starving and the day pretty much continued on that note. My activity has been high lately so I&#8217;m guessing that&#8217;s part of the reason for extra hunger throughout the day.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">For breakfast I had scrambled <strong>2 eggs, spinach &amp; potatoes</strong>. This meal was filling and so tasty.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">I headed out the door to go teach Group Power around 710. I left class feeling the need to refuel and I opted for a <strong>Cookie Dough Quest Bar, a banana, and mixed nuts</strong>. This was a well balanced snack and something a little different for me so I liked it!</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">After teaching my Fit For Life class, Ava joined me at my staff pot-luck Thanksgiving lunch at the YMCA. There were TONS of food choices and I filled my plate with a little taste of everything. (<strong>a couple wings, 2 pieces of chicken breast stuffed with stuffing and wrapped in bacon, corn, spinach, broccoli, mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes, fruit, and a chocolate chip cookie</strong>)</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">I dug in and then realized I forgot to snap a picture so you get a partially eaten picture here&#8230; and this was also after Ava&#8217;s little hands messed everything up but you will just have to trust me that it looked pretty before <img src="http://thefitskool.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" class="wp-smiley" /></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">The food was amazing and I left our luncheon wishing we had these pot luck buffets more often!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">In the afternoon I did my usual computer work for a couple hours until around 230 my stomach was craving something sweet. I quickly toasted a piece of <strong>bread and topped it with peanut butter and sliced strawberries</strong>. If you have never had this before, please try it!</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Dinner came on the early side and I ate around 5:15. I made a <strong>HELLO FRESH</strong> meal and I was so happy I did. We had <strong>Rosemary basted steak with creamed spinach &amp; rosemary roasted parsnip fries.</strong></p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Like I didn&#8217;t eat enough food throughout the day, at around 9pm my stomach was asking for more&#8230; Marc and I were watching the Patriots game and he decided to make me a game time snack.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Egg whites scrambled with tomato and avocado and a piece of naan</strong>. I know the naan bread was random but trust me when I say it completed this mini meal!!</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">For some reason I felt a little rushed yesterday morning but I still managed to whip up a <strong>couple eggs with some sauteed spinach in olive oil</strong>. I also had a couple slices of toast.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Shortly after I headed to the <strong>YMCA</strong> to train some clients. After a few sessions my hunger struck again. I had a <strong>banana and a Chocolate Quest bar</strong>.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">My afternoon was pretty rough I&#8217;m not gonna lie. Ava wasn&#8217;t feeling well and she was very fussy. She only wanted to be held but that was fine with me because I&#8217;m totally cool with baby cuddles <img src="http://thefitskool.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" class="wp-smiley" /> I had to let her fall asleep on my chest because the poor girl had so much snot she couldn&#8217;t breathe when she was laying flat. The second I went to put her on the bed she freaked out and then threw up <strong>ALL</strong> over me and all over my bed. Not to make your stomach churn or anything but there was a big pile of grossness in my lap and all over my chest. I can&#8217;t believe I didn&#8217;t get sick myself. It was beyond disgusting and I will be taking my comforter to the cleaners at some point today or tonight.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">SOO clearly Ava and I both needed a shower/bath and I also did some laundry because I had no choice everything was covered in throw up. I can&#8217;t say I was at all excited about any of it and it threw my day for a LOOP. I didn&#8217;t get anything done that I was supposed to, but I guess it happens right?</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">After consoling Ava for a bit she finally calmed down, she was able to watch a little TV and snap a quick pic with me. She stuck her tongue out at the last minute, that little stinker.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I finally got a little appetite after all the chaos and I quickly threw together some <strong>yogurt, strawberries &amp; granola </strong></p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Ava fell asleep and I finally got some computer work done!! This ended up taking me longer then I planned because I couldn&#8217;t focus.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Shortly after I finished, it was time for dinner. Luckily we had food that was already made in the fridge. I had leftover <strong>Chicken Cutlets, grilled </strong><strong>zucchini and a sweet potato with a little butter</strong>. It was probably my favorite meal of the day! My mom makes the best chicken cutlets and I&#8217;m so thankful she gave me the leftovers <img src="http://thefitskool.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" class="wp-smiley" /> There&#8217;s only one chicken cutlet in this pic but I had 2!</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">As always I strived to eat clean &amp; healthy but yesterday I was home sick, so I made a conscious effort to load up on nutritious foods.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I went to the doctor on Monday evening because I had been coughing up a storm and I lost most of my voice. At first the Doctor told me there wasn&#8217;t much I could do and it could be the flu but he said if  I do start producing colored mucus (gross) then its an infection and to start taking the amoxicillin. Sure enough I woke up yesterday with colored phlegm and I could barely talk. I had no choice but to start my morning off with antibiotics and some <strong>tea with lemon! </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I went back and forth about taking the ammoxicilin. If it&#8217;s an infection I need it but for some reason I was hesitant. Lets just say I&#8217;m glad I took it.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Marc was so kind and made me breakfast, <strong>2 eggs, spinach &amp; toast. </strong>It was delicious. I also had some cantaloupe with Ava.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">About 930/10am I was really craving a cold smoothie for my second breakfast! So I whipped up a <strong>Chocolate</strong> <strong>Shakeology with 1 tbsp pb2, 1/2 banana &amp; spinach.</strong> I was in heaven and it made my throat feel so good.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">As fatigued and tired as I was, I managed to throw together a big salad. I had <strong>Grilled Herbed Chicken over rommaine with tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, celery, avocado, plus olive oil &amp; balsamic dressing. </strong>We have so much food in our fridge that needs to get eaten before our trip and I wasn&#8217;t about to waste any of it.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Clearly I only wanted cold food yesterday! My afternoon snack was <strong>greek yogurt with 1/2 cup berries &amp; some granola. </strong>I needed probiotics to take with my amoxicillin.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Before Boot Camp I took the easy road once again, I opened the fridge and Marc had <strong>grilled BBQ Chicken</strong> the other night so I steamed up some<strong> broccoli and baked some sweet potatoes</strong> and bam, that&#8217;s our dinner!</p>

He taught my boot camp class for me since my voice was non-exisitant. Even though I didn&#8217;t workout in class I still wanted some fuel. I had a <strong>Chocolate Quest bar and some strawberries/grapes.</strong> I haven&#8217;t had a Quest bar in a while and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite!</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: center;">Yesterday I was not into food at all. Usually I look forward to my meals but for some reason I just didn&#8217;t have any excitement towards my food choices. I think my body was off!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I woke up up at <strong>4:45am with Ava</strong>. She apparently was hungry so I gave her some milk but she wouldn&#8217;t fall back asleep. Lucky me!! So I got up and grabbed a <strong>cup of coffee</strong> and turned the TV on because she was lazy and so was I.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Eventually I ate breakfast but had no desire for veggies or anything healthy really. I quickly made <strong>2 eggs with a piece of toast </strong></p>

I had all intentions of making a nice post workout shake or a delicious snack, but out of pure laziness I refueled with a <strong>Chocolate</strong> <strong>Quest bar!! </strong>I don&#8217;t think I tasted a bite because I ate it so fast haha.</p>

They always tend to curb my hunger, it has a great balance of healthy fats, protein, &amp; fiber. I had this with a handful of almonds which I didn&#8217;t take a picture of!</div>

I quickly put together a <strong>salad</strong> with some <strong>leftover chicken, mozzarella &amp; goat cheese, roasted red peppers, &amp; artichokes</strong> that I had from lunch the other day. Talk about lazy! At least it tasted good!</div>
