The Baby is the size of SPAGHETTI SQUASH, Weighing 1 LB

Weight gained: 13 lbs, down 1/2 lb from last week could be water weight

Gender: It’s a girl!!!

22 weeks- august 13

Workouts: planned workouts this week

SUNDAY 45 minute walk it was beautiful out

MONDAY 15 minutes bike, 1 hour group power class

TUESDAY  light cardio and boot camp class

WEDNESDAY 20 minutes cardio, long walk with Cooper

THURSDAY 1 hour group power class! I also taught a senior fitness class and my evening boot camp class

FRIDAY OFF DAY

Symptoms: No symptoms this week. I’ve had great energy, I sleep well, and I figured out a good eating plan to avoid nausea.

Food Aversions: I can’t think of any at the moment

Food Cravings: I am loving chobani vanilla yogurt this week with a little fruit or granola.

Sleep: I must say, now that I learned to sleep on my left side I sleep great! I don’t remember waking up at all this week.

Maternity clothes: I bought a really cute flowy black and white striped dress at Target. It isn’t maternity but it is so comfortable. I also bought a maternity top at target.

Stretch marks: None yet!

Do I Miss anything: Being able to do ab exercises comfortably, pushups used to be my favorite but now they kick my butt every time

Movement:  feeling tons of movement daily, its great. I do notice more movement when I eat sugary foods such as fruit or frozen yogurt

Baby Items Purchased: none this week, but we started our registry and we are going to purchase a crib and dresser this week!!

Wedding rings ON or OFF: ON

I’m Looking Forward To: Keeping up with my workouts they have been awesome, I am loving group power classes right now. Also we have a wedding this Saturday for my co-worker Stephanie, can’t wait!
