20 WEEKS

20 WEEKS & 1/2 way there

The Baby is the size of BANANA

Weight gained: 10.5-11lbs

Gender: It’s a girl!!!

20 weeks 1/2 way

 

20 weeks and at the 1/2 way point

 

Workouts:  I was able to do some fun travel workouts while in Maryland!

Sunday- Body weight boot camp circuit 20 minutes & 30 minute walk (in Maryland)

Monday- P90x yoga dvd and 20 minute walk

Tuesday- 30 minute walk & Boot Camp 50 rep Circuit workout, tough one!

Wednesday- 1 hour long walk around town, it was fun.

Thursday- Back at home and working, an hour long fit for life class (very low impact) and the complete opposite.. 1 hour long boot camp class!

Friday- Rest Day (light 40 minute walk it was gorgeous out at night)

Saturday- 1 hour BTS Group Power Class (strength training)

Symptoms: I think I figured out which foods cause the heartburn so I’m keeping away from them even though I miss my oranges, tomatoes, spicy foods, etc. I have good energy so I can’t complain.

Food Aversions: grilled veggies or any veggies plain, I need them mixed into my meals. I feel like I’m a kid again!

Food Cravings: I still like potatoes any way, and I am really liking cold fruit like watermelon when its hot out.

Sleep: I am sleeping pretty well these days, It must be all the daily activity!

Maternity clothes: Nothing new! I am starting to wear my tighter clothes again since my belly is starting to form!

Stretch marks: None yet!

Do I Miss anything: sleeping on my stomach, doing ab exercises on my back and chest press.

Movement:  Little Baby G is a kickboxer, whenever I am sitting around she’s very active I love it!

Baby Items Purchased: Nothing new, but I am looking at cribs, strollers, and car seats.

Wedding rings ON or OFF: ON

I’m Looking Forward To: Teaching boot camp class tonight, I missed them while I was away. Also looking forward to a relaxing weekend at home, the 6 hour trip to Maryland was tiring.
