Boot Camp Circuit #1

Warm-up for 5 minutes doing dynamic warm up exercises & stretches
Perform 1 minute of each exercise, repeat circuit 3x

Squat to Shoulder Press
Jump Rope
Step ups (step box or bench)
Dumbbell Row to tricep kickback
Overhead crunch to single leg raise
Dumbbell Swing
Plank Dips
Floor Bridges
Bicep curl
Reverse lunge to knee raise
Walking plank
