The Baby is the size of SPAGHETTI SQUASH, Weighing 1 LB

Weight gained: 13 ½ lbs

Gender: It’s a girl!!!

Workouts: I am definitely staying on track with my workouts, they have been on point!

MONDAY 30 minutes of cardio

TUESDAY 1 hour Group Power strength training class

WEDNESDAY 20 minutes cardio, long walk with Cooper

THURSDAY Boot camp class and cardio

FRIDAY 20 minutes of quick cardio in between clients

SATURDAY 1 hour group power strength training class

SUNDAY OFF/REST

Symptoms: No big symptoms this week, I did have mild heartburn but didn’t last too long and a little nausea (darn veggies are such a pain for me to eat some days)

Food Aversions: None!

Food Cravings: Chocolate (I made muffins and added some chocolate chips to them and also has some frozen chocolate yogurt)

Sleep: I’ve had solid sleep this week, I haven’t woke up to use the bathroom at all it has been great.

Maternity clothes: I need to go shopping, that is on the agenda for this weekend.

Stretch marks: None yet!

Do I Miss anything: Being able to do ab exercises flat on my back, I modify them and do them on an incline step box, I guess that works for now!

Movement:  Baby G is constantly on the move, its awesome but sometimes startling especially during the middle of a training session.

Baby Items Purchased: None, but my moms best friend bought a cute little diva animal print outfit with matching pink shoes.

Wedding rings ON or OFF: ON

I’m Looking Forward To: Going to group power this weekend and then heading to the beach for a relaxing afternoon! I also can’t wait to start up that registry. I am hoping to get to that this Sunday.
