Today I am going shopping for the week to get prepared for my PALEO Food Challenge. This list of groceries first shows my protein choices, then my carbs, and lastly my fats.

I am sure I am missing something! Somehow that always happens and I end up running back to the store :)

o   COCONUT OIL & OLIVE OIL

o   NUTS

o   ALMOND BUTTER OR SUNFLOWER BUTTER

 

If you are looking for a couple on-the-go snacks some LARABARS & RXBars are Paleo approved!
